internal communications
Keeping your employees and members informed is crucial to your success. The key is interesting and relevant content, presented in the best way to meet your audience’s needs.
E-newsletters are a cost-effective way to keep your customers or stakeholders informed. For more than a decade, we have crafted a weekly News Summary for the Family Business Association of California, which also serves as the Association’s primary means of communicating accomplishments to members. The average open rate is now more than 50% and members routinely rate it as a top benefit.
We also prepare comprehensive updates for members and supporters of Smart Coast California, which seeks to educate the California Coastal Commission and local governments about the need to keep private property rights in mind as they address sea level rise.
In the past, we prepared and wrote the content for a Realtor association’s monthly e-magazine. Here’s a sample issue and one prepared before we began to help. And we continue to research and write a safety column for a company’s quarterly employee newsletter.
Finally, we led the communications process for a major church capital campaign fund. By creating a compelling theme, writing most of the collateral, and overseeing the effort, we helped raise almost $1.3 million from members of the congregation.
